Install .NET Framework 4.8 offline in Windows 10
1. Open your favourite web browser.
2. Go to this official .NET Framework 4.8 download link. You’ll then see the option to save installer file, as shown below.
3. Click to save file, complete download and then launch the file. The wizard will automatically install .NET Framework 4.8 on your system. If there needs to close any app, you’ll be prompted for that.
Once installed, you’ll be notified as shown below.
