This is the app Windows Insiders can use to give feedback about new preview builds they got. So the Feedback hub is basically a built-in UWP app in Windows 11. It comes preinstalled on Windows 11 user accounts you create. Here’s how you can fix it when it is not working as expected.

Fix: Feedback hub not working in Windows 11
Fix 1: Repair or reset Feedback Hub
Press key to open Start Menu.
Search for the term feedback or locate Feedback hub app.
Do a right click or from search results, select App Settings.
This will open Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Feedback hub. You can first try repairing the app by hitting Repair option here. If that doesn’t works, you can hit Reset option to reset Feedback hub app to default.
Fix 2: Install updates/new preview build
If the Feedback hub app is not working on a certain Windows Insider preview build, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to the newer or latest preview build. In case, if you are already on the latest preview build, check out the announcement post for that Windows insider preview build. If there is known issue mentioned with the feedback hub app, this could be a common problem. In that case, you need to wait for the next preview build to arrive, which should fix the problem.
While if you are on a public version of Windows, check for latest updates and install them.
Fix 3: Reinstall Feedback hub
Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
Locate Feedback hub app there.
Click on Uninstall link.
Now open Microsoft Store and check for Feedback hub app. Install it back like you install any other app from Microsoft Store.
Fix 4: Fix Feedback hub not working in Windows 11 by re-registering Feedback hub
Press + I keys to open Terminal app (Admin).
In Terminal app, on the PowerShell tab, paste this command and press Enter:
Get-AppxPackage -Name Microsoft.WindowsFeedbackHub -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}
Once command executed successfully, you can close Terminal app.
